Fear breeds snobbery. (It’s best to say this with a British accent.)

This is a new idea I’ve been mulling over since reading “Snobs” by Julian Fellows. I was also reading “The Forgotten Ways” by Alan Hirsch and “The Tangible Kingdom” by Hugh Halter and Matt Smay. All three, along with the Harry Potter meta narrative that is ever-present in my psyche have been rolling around sharing ideas. I want to write more about this later, but right now I’m thinking if exclusive community like Fellows talks about is born from fear, then inclusive community like Hirsch and Halter talk about must be born from love, and Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort are the perfect (albeit fictional) examples of this. This could be a ground breaking prompt for an essay. Or not. We’ll soon find out!
